Junk Removal & Cleanout Requests

Match the request to the right scope before asking for a provider.

Plan the service you need

Junk Removal

Describe furniture, appliances and household clutter before a provider quotes.

List the items, quantities and approximate dimensions. Tell the provider whether they are at the curb, inside, upstairs or behind a locked access point. Heavy or unusual items need assessment before a vehicle is dispatched.

Residential Junk Removal

Prepare an item list for a home, apartment or garage cleanout.

Identify which items belong to you and are authorized for removal. Explain stairs, parking, carrying distance and any landlord or building rules. The independent hauler must confirm property protection and insurance for the job.

Commercial Junk Removal

Keep business access, authorization and material type in the request.

Name the person who can approve the job and describe loading hours, lift access, equipment weights and sensitive documents that must be handled separately. Ask the provider for any insurance documents your premises require.

Property Cleanouts

A clear scope helps an estate, rental or whole-property project.

Separate belongings being kept before seeking a quote. Provide a room-by-room scope, the person with removal authority and the handover deadline. Ask whether sorting, dismantling, loading, disposal and final cleanup are included.

Moving & Hauling Help

Distinguish removal for disposal from transport to another address.

Moving is a different service from junk removal. State the origin, destination, items, stairs and transport requirements. Provider availability, applicable credentials, cargo protection and job terms must be confirmed directly; this site does not operate a moving crew.

Estate Sale Cleanup

Plan what happens to unsold items after an estate sale.

The person authorized for the estate should identify items to keep, items already sold and items available for removal. This referral website does not run or price an estate sale. Ask a proposed provider about sorting, donation acceptance and documentation.

Garage Sale Cleanup

Review the unsold pile before requesting pickup.

Create a list of leftover furniture, boxes and other items. Keep sold goods and belongings you want outside the removal area. Ask about minimum charges, acceptable materials and any donation arrangements; charity acceptance is never guaranteed.
